About MrGuitar
The Musician
Behind the Craft.
I’m Tyler — a classically trained guitarist, lifelong tinkerer, and the person behind MrGuitar. For over 25 years, I’ve been playing, studying, and optimizing guitars. What started as a personal obsession became a calling: help every guitarist in Toronto and the GTA unlock the full potential of their instrument.
Before MrGuitar, I was a locksmith—trained to notice what most people never see, and to fix what most people can’t. That attention to fit, friction, and function is the same thing your guitar needs to stay in tune, play clean, and feel right in your hands.
I believe music is enlightening, warming, and fills souls. Everyone should play guitar — and every guitar should play beautifully. That’s not just a tagline. It’s the reason I wake up every morning and do this work.
